Panel meter is dead where the Chi Tai was working

If there is no sign of life when you power up a NordyBits panel meter, check the power supply cables. The Chi Tai meters will continue to work if the positive and negative supplies are reversed but the electronic power supply modules on the NordyBits meters will not.

The meter on the left would not work until the owner spotted the issue.
