Although the vast majority of Chi Tai panel meters fitted to Nordhavns were from the DM-7xx product range, a very small number of boats were fitted with the larger DM310 panel meters. This seemed to have happened in the early to mid 2000's.
It's easy to work out which model you have:
DM-7xx panel meters
Front panel 72mm x 36mm (2.8" x 1.4")
Green plug and socket at the rear.
DM-310 panel meters
Front panel 96mm x 48mm (3.8" x 1.9")
Screw terminals at the rear.
Up until now, the NordyBits panel meters didn't fit the DM310 boats but I have now developed a new product range to suit the larger panel cutouts. This solution is a complete panel meter with a plastic case and red transparent front panel.
The hardware inside is identical to the NordyBits DM7xx replacements. The only difference is the AC voltmeter does not have the option to add a physical button to display the AC frequency when it's acting as a voltmeter. There is still a touch sensor under the front of the panel to show frequency. It can also be configured as a permanent frequency meter.
